(1) An application for entry in the Commercial Register is to be filed regarding a change in the business name or in the identity of its holder, a transfer of the establishment to another location, or a change in the domestic business address in accordance with the stipulations made in section 29.
(2) The same applies if the business name ceases to exist. Where the application for entry of the cessation of a registered business name by the persons obliged to make such application cannot be effected in the manner referred to in section 14, the court is to register the cessation of its own motion.
