Without prejudice to the right set out in Article 6 (2) of the Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims (section 611 (1) sentence 1) with regard to claims for loss of life or personal injury, any claims in respect of physical damage to harbour works, basins and waterways and to aids to navigation takes priority over other claims under Article 6 (1) letter b) of the Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims.
