(1) The following provisions apply to branch offices that are subject to the laws of another Member State of the European Union or of another Contracting Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area and that were established by a share capital company having its seat in Germany.
(2) The Land departments of justice ensure that the data of the branch offices, such data having been received within the framework of the European system of interconnection of registers in accordance with section 9b, are forwarded to that court of registration that has competence for the company.
(3) The competent court of registration confirms receipt of the data via the European system of interconnection of registers in accordance with section 9b and enters, without undue delay and of its own motion, the following data received in accordance with subsection (2) relating to the branch office, or the amendment of such data, in the register page of the company:
1. establishment, closure or striking-off of the branch office,
2. name of the branch office,
3. business address of the branch office, including the name of the state,
4. registration number and unique European identifier of the branch office.
