Liability of employees

If non-contractual claims are asserted against one of the carrier's employees for loss of or damage to the goods or for delay in delivery, such employee may avail himself or herself of the exemptions and limitations provided for in this Subdivision and in the contract of carriage. This does not apply if the employee has acted with intent to cause such damage or recklessly and in the knowledge that damage would probably result.
