(1) Registration of the establishment of a branch office is to be applied for, respectively, by a sole trader or a legal person at the court of its main office, and by a commercial company or commercial partnership at the court of its seat, and such application is to state the place and domestic business address of the branch office, and the addition to the business name of the branch office, if any such addition is appended. Registration of any subsequent changes to such facts as are required to be entered concerning the branch office is to be applied for in the same manner.
(2) Unless the branch office obviously has not been established, the competent court enters the branch office on the register page of the main office or seat, stating the place as well as the domestic business address of the branch office, and the addition to the business name of the branch office, if any such addition is appended.
(3) Subsections (1) and (2) apply accordingly to the closure of the branch office.
