In the case of injury to life, limb or health, as well as in the case of deprivation of liberty, the person liable in damages is to provide compensation to a third party for loss of services by payment of an annuity if, by operation of law, the injured person was under a duty to the third party to render services in the household or business of the latter. The provisions of section 843 (2) to (4) apply accordingly.
