The spouse who manages the common matrimonial property may agree only with the consent of the other spouse to dispose over a plot of land that is part of the common matrimonial property; furthermore, the spouse may enter into obligation to so dispose over it only with the consent of the other spouse. The same applies if a registered ship or ship under construction is part of the common matrimonial property.
