(1) The supervisory guardian is to ensure that the guardian conducts the guardianship in accordance with their duty. The supervisory guardian is to notify the family court without undue delay of breaches of duty by the guardian and of every case in which the family court is called on to intervene, in particular the death of the guardian or the occurrence of another circumstance as a result of which the office of the guardian ends or the removal of the guardian becomes necessary.
(2) On request, the guardian is to give information to the supervisory guardian on the conducting of the guardianship and permit inspection of the papers relating to the guardianship.
