(1) If the usufructuary makes outlays on the thing which they are not obliged to incur, the duty of the owner to reimburse the usufructuary is governed by the provisions on voluntary agency without specific authorisation.
(2) The usufructuary is entitled to remove an installation with which they have furnished the thing.
