(1) If the provisional heir makes outlays in relation to the inheritance that do not fall under the provision of section 2124, then the reversionary heir, in the case where reversionary succession occurs, is obliged to reimburse under the provisions on voluntary agency without specific authorisation.
(2) The provisional heir is entitled to remove an installation with which they have furnished a thing that is part of the inheritance.
