Postponement of partitioning

Every co-heir may require that the partitioning be postponed until the termination of the judicial call procedure admissible under section 1970 or until the expiry of the notification period laid down in section 2061. Where the application for the initiation of the judicial call procedure has not yet been filed or the public invitation under section 2061 has not yet been issued, the postponement may be requested only if the application is made or the notice is issued without undue delay.
