If, in addition to the bequeathed plot of land, other plots of land belonging to the inheritance are encumbered by the mortgage, the obligation of the legatee specified in section 2166 is, in case of doubt, restricted to the part of the debt that corresponds to the value of the bequeathed plot of land in proportion to the value of all the plots of land.
