The provision of section 2366 applies accordingly if an act of performance has been effected to the person named as heir in the certificate of inheritance, on the basis of a right belonging to the inheritance, or if a legal transaction, containing a disposition of the right and not falling under the provision of section 2366, has been entered into between them and another in respect of such a right.
