(1) In entering the mortgage in the Land Register, the creditor, the amount in money of the claim and, where the claim bears interest, the rate of interest, and if other collateral performance is to be made, the value in money of said collateral performance, must be stated in the Land Register; in all other cases, in order to describe the claim, reference may be made to the approval of registration.
(2) In entering the mortgage in the Land Register for a loan by a credit institution, of whose articles of association the competent authority has given notice by publication, reference to the articles of association is sufficient to designate the collateral performance apart from the interest that is to be provided in accordance with the articles of association.
