Rights derived from instruction

If a person delivers to a third party a document in which that person instructs another person to furnish money, securities or other fungible things to that third party, then the third party is authorised to demand performance from the instructed party in its own name; the instructed party is authorised to render performance to the recipient of the document setting out the instruction for the account of the instructing party
