Remuneration, reimbursement of expenses

(1) The depositary may pay out to the AIF management company from the accounts belonging to a domestic AIF only the remuneration due for the management of the domestic AIF and the reimbursement of expenses due to it. Where the accounts are maintained at another entity under section 83(6), second sentence, the payment of the remuneration and reimbursement of expenses due to the AIF management company for the management of the domestic AIF requires the consent of the depositary.
(2) The depositary may withdraw the remuneration due to it for the custody of the domestic AIF and the performance of its tasks under this Act only with the consent of the AIF management company. This applies correspondingly where the accounts belonging to a domestic AIF are maintained at another entity under section 83(6), second sentence.
