Naming; Fund categories

(1) The designation of the collective investment fund, the investment stock corporation, or the investment limited partnership may not be misleading.
(2) The Federal Institute may determine by guidelines, for the standard case, which fund category an investment fund corresponds to according to the investment conditions, in particular the investment limits stated therein, the articles of association, or the partnership agreement.
