(1) Section 5(2), second and third sentence, applies for the first time to external capital management companies granted, from 26 June 2021, a licence to provide financial portfolio management alongside collective asset management.
(2) Section 5(2), second and third sentence, applies for the first time from 26 June 2023 to external capital management companies that were granted, by 26 June 2021, a licence to provide financial portfolio management alongside collective asset management.
