For UCITS and AIF that are money market funds within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/1131 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017 on money market funds (OJ L 169, 30.6.2017, p. 8), and for capital management companies managing money market funds within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/1131, the provisions of this Act apply in addition to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2017/1131, insofar as Regulation (EU) 2017/1131 does not provide otherwise.
