Investment conditions

The investment conditions, according to which
1. the contractual legal relationship of an AIF capital management company or an EU AIF management company to the investors of a special collective investment fund is determined, or
2. the legal relationship of a special investment stock corporation to its investors is determined, in conjunction with the articles of association of that investment stock corporation, or
3. the legal relationship of a special investment limited partnership to its investors is determined, in conjunction with the partnership agreement of that investment limited partnership, must be recorded in text form before the units or shares are issued. The investment conditions of domestic special AIF, and material amendments to the investment conditions, must be submitted to the Federal Institute by the AIF capital management company.
