Section 127(5) of the Investment Act in the version in force until 30 June 2011 continues to apply to claims under section 127 of the Investment Act in the version of 30 June 2011 that arose before 1 July 2011. Where the key investor information or the sales prospectus under the Investment Act has been made available to the purchaser, section 127 of the Investment Act in the version in force until 21 July 2013 continues to apply to these documents.
