(1) The Federal Institute informs the European Securities and Markets Authority without delay of the outcome of the authorisation procedure, of changes to the authorisation of the non-EU AIF management company, and of a withdrawal of the authorisation.
(2) The Federal Institute informs the European Securities and Markets Authority of the applications for authorisation that it has refused, submitting particulars of the non-EU AIF management companies that applied for authorisation and the reasons for the refusal. Where the European Securities and Markets Authority, which maintains a central register of this information, has made information from this register available to the Federal Institute upon request, the Federal Institute treats this information as confidential.
