Publication duties

(1) The UCITS capital management company or the EU UCITS management company must publish all documents named in section 312(1) and (2), and any changes to them, on its website or a website named by it in the notification letter under Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/910. It must grant the competent authorities of the host State access to this website.
(2) The UCITS capital management company or the EU UCITS management company must keep the published documents and translations up to date. The UCITS capital management company or the EU UCITS management company must inform the competent authorities of the host State, by electronic means, of every change to the documents named in section 312, and of where these documents are available on the internet. In doing so, the UCITS capital management company or the EU UCITS management company must either describe the changes or updates, or enclose an amended version of the relevant document as an attachment in a customary electronic format.
