(1) The UCITS capital management company may invest in units in a single investment fund under section 196(1) only up to 20 percent of the value of the domestic UCITS.
(2) The UCITS capital management company may invest in units in investment funds under section 196(1), second sentence, in total only up to 30 percent of the value of the domestic UCITS.
