European social entrepreneurship funds

(1) For AIF capital management companies satisfying the conditions under section 2(7), 1. sections 1, 2, 5(1), and sections 6, 7, 7b, 13, 14, 44(1), points 1, 2, 5 to 7, (2), and (4) to (9), apply correspondingly, and 2. the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 346/2013 apply.
(2) AIF capital management companies satisfying the conditions of Article 2(2) of Regulation (EU) No 346/2013 and continuing to use the designation "EuSEF" must, in addition to the provisions of this Act, satisfy the Articles of Regulation (EU) No 346/2013 named in Article 2(2), letter b, of Regulation (EU) No 346/2013.
