Transitional provision on the Act on the Further Implementation of the EU Prospectus Regulation and on the Amendment of Financial Market Acts

Section 268(1), third sentence, section 293(1), second sentence, point 5, section 295(8), section 307(4), and section 318(3), first sentence, in the version in force until 20 July 2019, continue to apply in the case of a prospectus approved under the Securities Prospectus Act in the version in force until 20 July 2019, for as long as that prospectus remains valid.
