Sections 230 to 260 apply correspondingly to the management of infrastructure collective investment funds in accordance with sections 260b to 260d, insofar as nothing else follows from the following provisions. The first sentence applies correspondingly to open-ended infrastructure investment funds not established as collective investment funds.
