By way of derogation from section 206(1), the UCITS capital management company may invest more than 35 percent of the value of the domestic UCITS in securities and money market instruments of the same issuer under section 206(2), where 1. this is provided for in the investment conditions of the domestic UCITS, naming the issuers concerned, and 2. the securities and money market instruments held for the account of the domestic UCITS derive from at least six different issues, with no more than 30 percent of the value of the domestic UCITS being held in one issue.
