Company name

By way of derogation from section 19(1), point 3, of the Commercial Code, the company name of the closed-ended investment limited partnership must contain the designation "geschlossene Investmentkommanditgesellschaft" [closed-ended investment limited partnership] or a generally understandable abbreviation, or a translation, of this designation.
