For capital management companies offering or marketing PEPPs within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2019/1238, the provisions of this Act apply in addition to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2019/1238, insofar as Regulation (EU) 2019/1238 does not provide otherwise.
