The investment conditions of the open-ended investment limited partnership must be prepared in addition to the partnership agreement. The investment conditions do not form part of the partnership agreement. In all cases in which the partnership agreement must be published, handed over, or otherwise made available, reference must be made to the respective investment conditions, and these must likewise be published or made available.
