Section 282

Investment objects, investment limits

(1) The AIF capital management company must invest the funds of the general open-ended domestic special AIF according to the principle of risk diversification for joint account investment.
(2) The AIF capital management company may invest, for the special AIF, only in assets whose market value can be determined. The composition of the assets of the special AIF must be consistent with the rules applicable to the special AIF on the redemption of units or shares.
(3) Where an AIF capital management company managing one or more general open-ended domestic special AIF satisfies the conditions named in section 287, sections 287 to 292 apply.
