Provisions applicable to the marketing and acquisition of UCITS

The provisions of Subdivision 2 of this Division apply to the marketing and acquisition of units or shares in domestic UCITS or in EU UCITS entitled to market, within the scope of this Act, insofar as they apply to units or shares in domestic UCITS or EU UCITS. In addition, the provisions of Division 2, Subdivision 1, apply to EU UCITS, and the provisions of Division 2, Subdivision 2, apply to domestic UCITS. The marketing of EU UCITS domestically is permissible only where the conditions of section 310 are satisfied.
