Risk diversification, types

Open-ended retail AIF must be invested according to the principle of risk diversification, and may be established only as mixed investment funds under sections 218 and 219, as Other Investment Funds under sections 220 to 224, as fund of hedge funds under sections 225 to 229, or as real estate investment funds under sections 230 to 260, or as infrastructure investment funds under sections 260a to 260d.
