Complaints procedure

(1) Investors and customers may at any time lodge a complaint with the Federal Institute concerning alleged infringements of this Act.
(2) Complaints must be lodged with the Federal Institute in text form and should state the facts and the ground for the complaint.
(3) Insofar as alleged infringements under subsection (1) concern cross-border matters, the Federal Institute cooperates with the competent bodies of the other Member States of the European Union or the other States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area; sections 8, 9, and 19 apply correspondingly.
