(1) Without prejudice to the notifications under sections 331 to 334, the Federal Institute issues, on application by the AIF capital management company, a certificate that the provisions of Directive 2011/61/EU are satisfied.
(2) The Federal Institute issues, on application by the AIF capital management company registered under section 44, a certificate of registration.

Referral and Request for the Marketing of AIF to Semi-Professional and Professional Investors
