Legal form, applicable provisions

(1) Open-ended investment limited partnerships may be operated only in the legal form of a limited partnership. The provisions of the Commercial Code apply, save as otherwise follows from the provisions of this Subdivision.
(2) Section 93(7) and section 96(1) apply correspondingly to the open-ended investment limited partnership.
