Closed-ended domestic investment funds may be established only as collective investment funds, as investment stock corporations with fixed capital under the provisions of Subdivision 2, or as closed-ended investment limited partnerships under the provisions of Subdivision 3. Where closed-ended domestic investment funds are established as collective investment funds, sections 92 to 97, 99 to 102, 104 to 107(1), first sentence, (2), (4) and (5), and section 144, fourth sentence, fifth sentence, point 1, letter b, and point 2, apply correspondingly.
