Duties on the marketing of EU UCITS domestically

Particulars of the precautions and measures taken under section 306a must be included in the sales prospectus circulated within the scope of this Act. For EU UCITS with at least one sub-fund whose units or shares may be marketed within the scope of this Act, and at least one further sub-fund for which no notification under section 310 has been made, it must be pointed out, typographically highlighted in a central place, that no notification has been made for the further sub-fund or sub-funds and that units or shares of that sub-fund or those sub-funds may not be marketed within the scope of this Act; that sub-fund or those further sub-funds must be named.
