Section 6a of the Banking Act applies correspondingly where facts exist that suggest that the assets entrusted to the capital management company or the investment fund, or a financial transaction, serve, or, in the case of the execution of a financial transaction, would serve, to finance a terrorist organisation under section 129a, also in conjunction with section 129b, of the Criminal Code.
