Reimbursement of expenses

(1) Where an agent renders social benefits for a principal, the principal is obliged to reimburse it. Benefits in kind and services are to be reimbursed in money. There is no duty of reimbursement insofar as social benefits have been wrongly rendered and the agent is at fault for this.
(2) The costs arising in executing the agency must be reimbursed. Subsection (1), third sentence applies correspondingly.
(3) The principal must, on demand, pay the agent a reasonable advance for the expenses required to execute the agency.
(4) Deviating agreements, in particular on flat-rate reimbursements, are permissible.
