Withdrawal and revocation in the legal-remedy procedure

Section 45(1) to (4), sections 47 and 48 do not apply where a beneficial administrative act that has been challenged by a third party is set aside during the objection procedure or during the social-court or administrative-court procedure, insofar as this remedies the objection or allows the action.
