(1) Reimbursement claims become time-barred in four years from the end of the calendar year in which the provider of benefits entitled to reimbursement obtained knowledge of the decision of the provider of benefits liable to reimburse on its duty to render benefits. Claims for the return of reimbursement become time-barred in four years from the end of the calendar year in which the reimbursement was wrongly made.
(2) For the suspension, the suspension of expiry, the fresh commencement and the effect of limitation, the provisions of the Civil Code apply correspondingly.
