In the examination under section 2 of the Illicit Employment Act or under section 28p of the Fourth Book, the person examined may additionally be asked 1. whether and what kind of social benefits under this Code, or benefits under the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act, he or she draws, and from which body he or she draws them; 2. with which health insurance fund he or she is insured, or whether he or she is self-employed; 3. whether and what kind of contributions under this Code he or she pays; and 4. whether and which foreign employees he or she employs with the permit required for their activity, and not on terms of employment less favourable than for comparable German employees. For examination purposes, the answers to questions under the first sentence, no. 1 may be transmitted to the respectively competent provider of benefits, and under the first sentence, nos. 2 to 4 to the respectively competent collection point and to the Federal Employment Agency. The recipient must carry out the examination without delay.
