(1) The data centre of the pension insurance transmits without delay to Deutsche Post AG:
1. the notifications of all deaths and changes of address, and every change of first name and family name, under the conditions of section 196(2) of the Sixth Book;
2. in the case of a death, additionally the date of the last marriage or the establishment of the last civil partnership, under the conditions of section 196(2a) of the Sixth Book;
3. in the case of a marriage or the establishment of a civil partnership of a resident, the date of that marriage or that establishment of a civil partnership, under the conditions of section 196(2a) of the Sixth Book.
(2) The notifications transmitted by the data centre of the pension insurance to Deutsche Post AG may be used by Deutsche Post AG
1. only to pay out a quarterly death advance, to stop, or arrange the stopping of, recurring monetary benefits of the providers of benefits, of the bodies named in section 69(2), and of foreign providers of benefits with recurring monetary benefits into the Federal Republic of Germany, and to correct, or arrange the correction of, addresses of recipients of recurring monetary benefits of the providers of benefits and the bodies named in section 69(2), and beyond this
2. only be further transmitted to enable the providers of accident insurance, of social insurance for agriculture, forestry and horticulture, and the supplementary pension institutions named in section 69(2), to update their holdings of insured persons or members; this also applies to the transmission of the notifications to professional pension institutions, insofar as these are authorised under Land law or by their own statutes to collect this data.
(3) The use and transmission of the notifications takes place
1. in general pension insurance, within the framework of the statutory agency of Deutsche Post AG under section 119(1), first sentence of the Sixth Book;
2. otherwise, within the framework of a public-law or private-law contract of Deutsche Post AG with the providers of benefits, the professional pension institutions, or the bodies named in section 69(2).
