Instruction on legal remedies

Where the authority issues a written administrative act, or confirms an administrative act in writing, the party burdened by it must be instructed in writing on the legal remedy, and on the authority or the court with which the legal remedy must be lodged, its seat, the period to be observed, and the form. Where the authority issues an electronic administrative act, or confirms an administrative act electronically, the instruction on legal remedies under the first sentence must be given electronically.
