Transmission for conducting a criminal proceeding

(1) Transmission of social data is permissible insofar as it is required to conduct a criminal proceeding for a felony or another criminal offence of material significance.
(2) Transmission of social data to conduct a criminal proceeding for another criminal offence is permissible insofar as the transmission is limited to the particulars named in section 72(1), second sentence and particulars of monetary benefits rendered or shortly to be rendered.
(3) Transmission under subsections (1) and (2) is ordered by the judge.
