(1) Administrative acts that the agent issues to execute the agency are issued in the name of the principal.
(2) The agency does not release the principal from its responsibility towards the person concerned.
(3) The agent must make the required communications to the principal, provide information on the execution of the agency on demand, and render an account after execution of the agency.
(4) The principal is entitled to examine the execution of the agency at any time.
(5) The principal is entitled to bind the agent to its view.
