Administrative costs and expenses

Administrative costs are not to be reimbursed. Expenses are to be reimbursed on demand where they exceed 200 euros in the individual case. The Federal Government may, by statutory instrument with the consent of the Bundesrat, raise the amount named in the second sentence in line with the annual increase of the monthly reference figure under section 18 of the Fourth Book, rounding down or up to ten euros in doing so.
