(1) Where a provider of benefits has, on the basis of statutory provisions, provisionally rendered social benefits, the provider of benefits obliged to render the benefit is liable to reimburse.
(2) The extent of the reimbursement claim is governed by the legal provisions applicable to the provider rendering the prior benefit.
